Formed in 1997, the Cachaça Ensemble (pronounced cachasa) takes its name from a popular liquer from Brazil. They blend classical, jazz and Latin-American elements to create an intoxicating hybrid of rhythm and texture. The founding members are Emiliano Pardo-Tristán, Michael Morelli, and Sandra James. The size of the group may be increased to suit your needs.
